The mission of the Business Performance Office is to drive and improve the performance of business operations and enhance decision-making through data-driven strategies, process problem-solving initiatives, and resource and risk assessment with independent and objective thought and research across the region.
Performance Management and Analysis – Use independent and objective research, statistical modeling and analysis, to help leaders define requirements and resources, assess performance of plans, operations, and processes, and to analyze risk to mission success. Data-based management frameworks include Common Output Levels of Service (COLS) and Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE).
Better Business Practices - Promote, facilitate, or lead prioritized projects/initiatives to optimize performance and/or improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations, services, processes, and/or management structures. Efforts/methodologies include but not limited to Data Analytics, Project Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Lean, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma and Change Management
Commander’s Strategic Initiatives - Facilitate and/or manage special projects, strategic studies, surveys, or other strategic initiatives.
