Jan. 26, 2022 | 2:20
FBI agents and U.S. Marine explosive ordnance disposal technicians learn to investigate large vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonation sites at Range 800 on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, as part of the Large Vehicle Bomb Post Blast Analysis course, Jan. 24-27, 2022. The course focused on collecting attack-related material such as device components, casualty information and explosive residue following a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device attack. Through post-blast analysis, EOD Marines can provide intelligence sections with the information needed to assess how an explosive threat was manufactured. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Daniel Medina and Cpl. Andrew Cortez)
