Assistant Secretary of the Navy-Energy, Installations and Environment, Dennis McGinn, visited Camp Pendleton to view the energy projects on base and to speak about energy goals for the future. “If nothing else, I want to leave you with an appreciation for how absolutely essential and inexplicably tied our mission readiness is to the kinds of energy we have and how we use it,” said McGinn. Howell is the resource efficiency manager for the base energy office. Reuning is a facilities officer with Camp Pendleton.
